Lighthouse acquired its latest office building through a private portfolio divestiture. The purchase price was not disclosed. The 7-story, 80,000-sq. ft. building, also known as the Bank of America building, is accessibly located at the corner of Woodview Road, one block from the Long Island Railroad, adjacent to the Hempstead Golf and Country Club, and one block from Hempstead Turnpike.
