Lighthouse Real Estate Venture’s three partners have over seven decades of combined experience in all areas of real estate investment, redevelopment, financing, leasing and management. Paul Cooper, Esq. Paul Cooper was formerly president of a New York investment firm involved in the acquisition of over $150 million in real estate assets, and a former investment banker who engineered the sale of over $350 million in non-performing assets for financial institutions throughout the United States. He received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Fordham University. He is a real estate attorney, member of the New York Bar, and a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. Mr. Cooper supervises all leasing, sales, and coordinates all legal representation and documentation while continuing to play an active role in acquisitions and financing. Jeffrey D. Ravetz, CPA, MBA As former president of a New York based real estate investment banking concern, Jeffrey Ravetz has participated in the acquisition and financing of properties in excess of $200 million in Texas, New York, Oklahoma, California, Nebraska and Arizona. Previously, Jeffrey was responsible for acquisition and financing at the real estate investment firm of Time Equities, and small business strategist at Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Jeffrey received his B.S. in Economics and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, and is both a New York licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker. Mr. Ravetz oversees all LREM asset management, acquisitions and financing. Louis Sheinker Louis Sheinker was previously president of Sheinker Wasserstein Realty Services, Inc., managing a $100 million dollar portfolio which included properties owned by Green Point Savings Bank, Bankers Federal, Fourth Federal, Crossland Savings, Bank Leumi and Republic National Bank. Louis’ professional expertise spans property management, maintenance, construction, leasing and disposition. He received his B.S. from Ithaca College, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State. Mr. Sheinker oversees LREM construction and management with an active role in property leasing. |
