In 1996, three experienced New York real estate professionals, Paul Cooper, Jeff Ravetz and Louis Sheinker realized they all shared the same vision of a real estate investment company specializing in transforming under-managed properties performing at below market levels into valuable, high-occupancy, quality tenanted assets.
